Make An Offer

Once you’ve found the right home, I’ll prepare a competitive offer that reflects both market conditions and your budget. I’ll guide you through the negotiation process and work to protect your best interests.

Under Contract

After your offer is accepted, the real work begins — inspections, appraisal, and financing. I’ll keep you informed every step of the way, making sure deadlines are met and surprises are minimized.

Closing Day

On closing day, you’ll sign the final paperwork and officially become a homeowner. I’ll be by your side at settlement to ensure everything goes smoothly — and to celebrate handing you the keys to your new home!
