If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ve probably seen Meredith — my sweet (and sometimes sassy) pug. She’s the heart of my home and the first face I see every morning. Whether she’s demanding a walk, stealing the blankets, or simply being her adorable self, she’s a big part of my world.

🧁 In The Kitchen

When I’m not out with clients, you’ll often find me in the kitchen. Baking started as a small weekend hobby and turned into something I really enjoy. There’s something satisfying about slowing down, trying new recipes, and sharing what I make with friends.

☕ Coffee And The Local Spots

Between appointments, I like to recharge with a good coffee and great conversation. You can usually find me catching up with friends or exploring new cafés around York or Federal Hill. Those small moments outside of work help me reset and stay inspired.

💪 Health, Balance, and the Gym

Fitness has become a non-negotiable part of my routine. I hit the gym every weekday and take daily walks — usually around three miles each afternoon. It’s my time to clear my head, reflect, and recharge. Taking care of my body helps me show up stronger for my clients, my team, and myself.
